Where Do You Want to Be This Time Next Year?
Good News for 2025: the power to change your path is in your hands. (written 12/29/2024)
As the year winds down, it’s natural to pause and reflect on where we are and where we’re headed. PS. As the year comes to a close, I reflect on the impact that Long COVID had and how it made embracing the New Year feel more challenging. Fortunately, I found a way to manage symptoms and get back that sense of excitement and possibility that comes with the start of a New Year. I share more, including how you can tap into the same approach that has helped me, and others Andrea has supported, in our latest blog post, Where Do You Want to Be This Time Next Year?
