Our Approach Works With Your Internal Systems

Many people try to improve their health, energy, or performance by adding more - More effort, More intensity, More discipline.

What often gets missed is a view on how the brain-body system itself is functioning.

We focus on improving how your body responds, adapts, and recovers, without relying on pharmaceutical solutions or adding unnecessary strain.

This creates a foundation where progress becomes a reality and sustainable high performance becomes possible in a wide range of settings.

What, How, and Why

To have a lasting change, it requires people to go beyond just knowing What to do. It's also about.

  • knowing How to apply knowledge and have a practical structure that lets you stick with it.
  • understanding Why it all works provides motivation and lets you make it your own

Together, What, How, and Why are critical to our approach and letting you get the most out of the content and support.

What can support, and prevent
Understanding what’s happening in your body - and what you can do to support your body systems - creates clarity and direction. It removes guesswork and builds confidence in the process.

How to apply this knowledge
We translate this information into practical actions, tools, and practices. Understanding How to use this knowledge, apply it, and integrate tools into real life helps you adopt impactful, lasting changes.

Why use this approach, knowledge, and the tools
Understanding the power behind simple routines, tools, and practices makes it easy to stick with them. Knowing why this approach works underlines the power of regular use.

When these three come together, small inputs start to create meaningful and lasting change.

We Share Research-based Content, Tools, and Implementation Strategies

The first step of our approach is to use research and knowledge about how the brain-body systems work and work together. In the second step, we are looking for a deeper understanding of what is needed to support the brain and body based on this research. We then translate that into a set of clear and simple actions that you can use to restore function, build resilience, and perform to your potential.

This is not about a rigid plan where every detail must be followed to the letter. This is about offering a structured framework and knowledge that lets people discover which elements provide the highest impact and support them to feel, work, and perform better.

Our programs take you through things one step at a time - sharing movements, activities, tips, and self-assessments for personalization.

People we work with move forward knowing what's happening inside their bodies. They have a new set of evidence-based, personalized tools they can use as part of their routine and in moments of stress, when their body systems need extra support to feel well, or to accelerate recovery. They can also adopt those tools because they know why and when they are effective for restoring, building, and performing.

PEDAL™ Your System for Resilience

Resilience is your body systems' ability to respond, recover, and adapt.
Rebuilding, maintaining, and strengthening resilience is an ongoing process that can be integrated into existing or new routines and easily become a new part of your lifestyle.
PEDAL™ is a simple, structured approach that can be personalized to meet individual priorities and situations.

Pacing: The practice of removing unnecessary stressors and getting the right balance of activity, taking account of your current capacity.

Exercise: Specific movement to maintain and support brain-body connections, strength, balance, movement control, and general capacity - adapted to your current abilities.

Diet: Foods and ways to approach eating that lower inflammation, stabilize blood sugar, and give your body the building blocks for resilience.

Alignment of the Nervous System: Practices that calm overactive stress responses and regulate essential body systems, support sleep, focus, cognitive functioning, and better emotional regulation.

Loosen: Movements, stretches, and breathwork to release tension held in tissues (including fascia), and improve flow, detoxification, and circulation.

Designed for Real Life. With Flexible Access And Human Support

You can move through the content when your energy and schedule allow. This makes it easier to stay consistent, even when your capacity and commitments change.

As you go through the program, there is  time with Katie and Andrea to ensure you can connect, ask questions, and deepen your understanding. This combination lets you apply the tools with more clarity and confidence.

ThriveNinety's approach is designed to provide real impact, even for people starting with different ability levels:

  • Someone navigating post-infection conditions, where energy is limited, symptoms impact daily life, and even simple tasks can be difficult.
  • An athlete, where small improvements in coordination or the quality of recovery can impact outcomes in a meaningful way, when fractions of a  second can be the difference between meeting your goals or not.
  • A leader or professional, where clarity, energy, and decision-making under pressure are critical every day, and consistently high performance is what delivers results.

The contexts seem different, but they all rely on the same underlying brain-body systems working well.
