ThriveNinety was founded by Katie and Andrea. Katie struggled with Long Covid for almost 3 years, then decided to use her background and experience in healthcare to look for solutions and feel better again. She started digging into research, finding tools and connected with Andrea along the way, who is an expert in how to enhance body and brain connections and performance. They have drawn evidence and their combined knowledge to develop packages that guide others through simple step-by-step programs to manage Long Covid symptoms and feel like themselves again.

How does it feel to have Long Covid?

Post-Acute COVID-19 Syndrome (PACS), also known as Long Covid, encompasses over 200 symptoms including fatigue, cognitive impairment, sleep disruption, heart issues, breathing difficulties, anxiety, and increased risk of longer term health issues like stroke, cancer and Alzheimer’s. The severity can range from more mild symptoms among people who haven’t felt “quite right” since a COVID infection to people with debilitating symptoms that impact all aspects of their lives. Symptoms can also vary in severity for an individual from day to day, or even hour to hour. Without the right support to manage symptoms this can have a significant impact on the wellbeing of those affected as well as their families, finances and health outcomes.
