Your Energy Levels are too Low - What's Next?
Experiencing severe energy fluctuations doesn’t only impact your everyday life but elevates long term health risk. (written 08/18/2024)
Pacing is a concept that applies to everyone, but is especially critical and has a specific meaning for people with post-infection conditions. We have designed a specific program Pacing Essentials for those with Long COVID, ME/CFS and other post-infection conditions.
It has been developed with these parameters in mind:
-
Easy to follow while still comprehensive
-
Structured and self paced, to provide guidance and support while allowing you to connect with material at a time and place that works for you
-
Education, guidance and practical worksheets that support participants to develop an effective and personalized pacing strategy:
-
Understanding pacing principles
-
Learning about pacing strategies
-
Using worksheets to create personalized habits to reduce symptoms and improve energy levels
The program membership includes lifetime access to content, so you will benefit from being able to feel better in the near term and still get any updates and additional information as new research and resources become available.
The first 15 people who register for the program will be invited to a bonus meet-up with Katie and Andrea, where they will have a chance to connect, ask questions, and tell their story.
If you have questions about the program, you can find out more via our blog article, Pacing for Long COVID and Post-viral Conditions from last week or on the information page on our website. Also, feel free to reach out via email, and we are happy to answer specific questions.
Warmly,
Katie & Andrea
PS. Our new intro program, Pacing Essentials, is open to support people with Long COVID and post-viral conditions to manage symptoms and accelerate their recovery journey. You don’t have to be severely ill to benefit; post-viral conditions impact people with differing levels of severity. If you have experienced lower levels of energy or other symptoms following an infection, consider this program to help you reduce the impact of symptoms and gain more energy to do the things you love. (Remember, Olympic athletes use pacing to perform at the highest level.)
