Our Full “Notes from ThriveNinety” Library Is Now Live
We’ve gathered more than 90 editions of our weekly Notes from ThriveNinety into one searchable home — so you can revisit tools, guidance, and encouragement anytime.
Over the past two years, “Notes from ThriveNinety” has quietly become a weekly anchor for our community — a place to find simple tools, steady encouragement, and the reminder that feeling better with Long COVID and other post-infection conditions is possible.
What started in late 2023 has grown into more than 90 editions. As our audience continues to grow, we wanted to make sure all of this support is easy to find — not just for those who joined early, but for anyone who joins now or in the future.
So today, we’re delighted to announce a new resource:
For everyone in our community - Every single edition of Notes from ThriveNinety is now available on our website.
We spent the past two weeks building this resource, uploading and rereading every newsletter, and we were reminded how many topics we’ve covered, and remain relevant. The tools, reassurance, and research-backed guidance still stand strong — and now you can search, revisit, and share them anytime.
This library brings everything into one place for people navigating Long COVID, ME/CFS, and other infection-induced chronic conditions — and for anyone looking for practical ways to build resilience and feel more like themselves again.
The benefit of being subscribed to our email list is that you will continue to get the Notes from ThriveNinety, as usual, to your inbox as part of a routine. They share evidence and offer consistent reminders of tools that are available now, can be tailored to you, and support your system to recover and build resilience.
As we head into Thanksgiving in the U.S., we wanted to highlight two past editions that many found helpful at this time of year:
Warmly,
Katie & Andrea
