New Content About Long COVID
New at ThriveNinty - blog articles to help people experiencing Long COVID symptoms and other post-infection conditions (03/03/2024)
We are very excited that you are part of ThriveNinety. We want to let you know more about what's happening behind the scenes. First of all, we hope you enjoy the tools we have available. Please let us know how they work for you. We would love to hear from you, whether it is questions or feedback on your experience.
Our mission is to help people experiencing Long COVID symptoms, and we have recently created a range of fresh content. In order to help manage symptoms and feel better, it is important to understand what is happening in your body and how that links with the symptoms people experience.
We recently published two blog posts on these topics and wanted to let you know about that content. Our blog, What is Long COVID?, gives an overview of the syndrome and its symptoms. The post How do I know if I have Long Covid? shares further information on the variety and severity of symptoms.
Our blog page is part of our redeveloped webpage www.thriveniety.com, including new and updated content and resources. Our main objective is to support people experiencing Long COVID to feel more like themselves again. We will continue to add content and develop material, so let us know if there are resources and topics you would find useful. Your feedback will help us to tailor content and help more people.
We will be back when we have more to share. Pacing yourself, embracing your abilities, and not pushing things too far too fast, is key for managing Long COVID symptoms. Taking things one step at a time is important, and with the right steps and tools, you can take more control over how you feel and see improvement over time. This is the approach we share in our programs, blog articles, and also in this email newsletter.
Warmly,
Katie & Andrea
P.S. If you know someone who would benefit from the topics and content we cover, please feel free to share this newsletter.
