We are Katie and Andrea
We are dedicated to supporting people with Long COVID and other post-viral conditions. Our programs are based on research and lived experience. The people we have supported have had incredible results and are now back to doing the things they love and connecting with the people they care about.Â
Using a structured approach, we guide program participants one step at a time, combining educational aspects with tangible solutions, covering:
- What happens in your body and brain
- Why this happens
- How we translate this knowledge into gentle and practical steps you can use every day to build back resilience and feel better and better over time
We keep steps as simple and gentle as possible to ensure they are doable for people with limited energy and safe for those at risk for post activity crashes (including Post Exertional Malaise, PEM). We also work with people where they have concerns or questions, to support them to find the right starting place, not overtax their bodies, and to get the most from our coaching and programs.Â
