As we move into autumn in the northern hemisphere, the energy of summer begins to shift. With event schedules easing up, kids back at school, and the cozy feel of the season settling in, many of us naturally turn inward. This change in tempo makes it a perfect time to reflect on daily routines and consider adding one small habit to support your energy and help manage symptoms.
Importantly, activities that require minimal time and energy can have a big impact—if they’re the right ones. Evidence-backed movements can sharpen brain–body connections, improve circulation, and regulate your nervous system. Together, these practices help your body and brain work more effectively, improving multiple systems at once and boosting energy, mood, concentration, and overall well-being.
Adding just a few minutes of these practices into your morning routine can set you up for a better day ahead. This season is a great opportunity to build new, supportive habits—simple, accessible, and easy to maintain.
