We are coming off a very full week here at ThriveNinety, supporting clients, linking with researchers, and connecting with more of our community via the virtual Workshop we held yesterday. We always love speaking with clients to hear their experiences and see their progress, and this was a great chance to share resources.
This was also an eventful week in the news, with the US election held on Tuesday. We are hopeful that the funding and support the NIH has committed to Long COVID research will remain in place, and further support will be available through the next administration. For some, recent events may feel encouraging; for others, the outcome may be challenging.
Regardless of where you fall on this spectrum, this is also a good time to reflect on how much each of us can directly control - in our own communities and in our journey to manage symptoms and reach our health and personal goals. What positive changes are you planning over the coming days and weeks? Where would you like to be this time next year?
